Rights in featured work
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in featured design work, photographs, illustrations, videos, and other creative material remain with their respective rightsholders. These may include designers, studios, photographers, clients, and other contributors. Identik does not claim ownership of their work.
Featured names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing or credit does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement of Identik by a studio, creator, or brand. A credited studio is not necessarily the sole rightsholder for every element of a project.
How work appears in the catalog
Identik collects references from public studio websites and other public portfolio or media sources. We host copies and prepared versions of some images and videos, and embed or link to other media. Previews may be resized, compressed, or cropped to fit the catalog layout.
Studio credits and source links help visitors find the original work. They may be incomplete or need correction. Public availability, attribution, and the catalog's purpose of research and inspiration do not themselves provide permission to use a protected work. This applies to Identik as well as to visitors.
Using a featured work
You can browse, search, and bookmark references for personal or professional research under our Terms of Use. Access to Identik does not grant a license to reproduce, adapt, distribute, rehost, or commercially use a featured work.
For permission to reuse a work, contact the relevant rightsholder through the original source or credited studio. Identik cannot grant permission on their behalf. Any use must be covered by the necessary permission, an applicable license, or an exception under applicable law. Nothing in this notice restricts use of material in the public domain or rights and exceptions provided by law.
Material created for Identik
Rights in original software, text, branding, and other material created for Identik remain with the operator or the relevant licensors. This does not extend to featured third-party works. Third-party software and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Request a correction or removal
If you own or represent rights in a featured work, or believe a listing infringes your rights, contact hello@identik.design. You can also report missing or inaccurate attribution. You do not need an Identik account to make a request.
To help us locate and review the material, please include:
- The Identik page URL and the specific image, video, credit, or other material concerned.
- The work or right involved, and your relationship to it. Include an original source link or supporting information where available.
- The correction or removal you are requesting and why.
- Your name and an email address where we can follow up.
Please provide accurate information and only the personal details needed to handle the request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle correspondence.
How we handle requests
We will review your request and may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the material or verify your authority. We will correct, restrict, or remove material where appropriate, and may temporarily restrict access while reviewing a concern.
When reviewing a removal request, we consider both the catalog entry and associated copies hosted by Identik or media embedded on its pages. Removal from Identik does not remove the original source or copies held by other websites and third parties.
This contact process does not replace or limit any notice requirements, rights, or remedies under applicable law. Contacting us first is not a condition imposed by Identik for exercising those rights.
